Material, making and rights
ATQS works across text, image, sound, video, code, and other forms. The origin and development of its original material are documented as part of the production process.
The artistic content of ATQS works is conceived and made by its creators. Generative AI is not used to generate the music, writing, imagery, moving image, or other artistic content of those works. Algorithmic, procedural, and generative systems may be designed and used as artistic instruments. Digital tools may support analysis, editing, restoration, mixing, mastering, and technical production, but the artistic decisions remain human.
Unless stated otherwise, original material published through ATQS is protected by copyright and related rights. Publication through this website does not make it available for unrestricted reuse.
Publication does not grant permission to use ATQS material to train, develop, or fine-tune generative AI models. Such use requires prior permission unless an express licence stated with the material allows it. *
ATQS may also include works, contributions, and sources by others. Their creators, rights holders, and licences are identified with the material wherever relevant.
